Booking process
1. Initial contact via the online form
2. A preliminary online consultation to assess your level, expectations and suitability for
the chosen immersion
3. Confirmation of your registration by email
4. A 30% deposit is required to secure your place
5. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the immersion
Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Number of participants
Each immersion is limited to :
- 3 to 4 participants (Professional Immersion – Language & Lens)
- 4 to 6 participants (Signature Provence)
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the session to take place.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the participant
- More than 60 days before the start: refund possible, excluding administrative fees (€150)
- Between 60 and 30 days: deposit retained
- Less than 30 days: no refund
It is recommended to take out travel insurance covering unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation by the organiser
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or in case of force majeure:
- The deposit will be fully refunded
- An alternative date may be offered
Extensions & alternative dates
It is possible to:
- extend your stay with a personalised one-to-one module
- request alternative dates for a private group
- organise a fully tailored individual immersion (subject to availability)
Each request is carefully considered in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the
immersions.
